Ashlan Farm is located in the beautiful Boho South, North East Victoria in the Strathbogie Tablelands, which some would say is 'Victoria's best kept secret'.
The property offers farmstay accommodation and is the perfect spot to base yourself and explore our beautiful part of the world and a fantastic spot for anyone who is into nature, bird watching, bush walking or the budding astronomer.
We normally have a 4-5 degree lower temperature than the towns off the tablelands. Summer is a little cooler and winter there is nothing better than sitting around the fire. Great for those wanting a little more that accommodation in Euroa.
Ashlan Farm sits at the base of Mount Separation. Hilltop Cottage has views of the orchard, Mt Separation, Mt Wombat and surrounding farmland.

Access to the property is via approx 2 km of unsealed road.
Located approx 10 mins from Strathbogie, 25 minutes to Euroa and 20 minutes to Violet town.
This is a working farm so you may be fortunate enough to see our cattle, crazy goats and chooks.
We also have an abundance of Australian wildlife and birds frequenting the property.
Ashlan Farm is a working farm, hence we offer farmstay accommodation however we don't offer any animal experiences. The property is a birdwatchers delight, with a variety of species making the property home. Unfortunately as we are a working farm the property is not pet friendly and we offer no animal experiences.
Amenities
Hilltop Cottage farmstay accommodation offers a three bedroom farm cottage and as the name suggests it sits on a hill with views to Mt Separation and Mt Wombat.
The cottage is three bedroom consisting of King, Queen and two King Singles and sleeps 6 comfortably.
All beds have electric blankets and ceiling fans in every room.
The kitchen and living area is open plan. The lounge has a smart TV, a two and three seater lounge and bean bags are also in the cottage for more seating. Split system air conditioning, Jindara wood heating, Foxtel and free WIFI.
If you need space to set up for work, we have a great little study nook as well!
The cottage is great for those who like to escape or even if your working in the region, its a great spot to come home to.
Location
Approx 2 hours north of Melbourne and the property can be accessed by the Hume Freeway and also the Maroondah Highway.
